Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) collection

Collection, 1989: 1 folder (47 leaves)

Arnold Schoenberg was not the subject of a main FBI investigative file. However, a search of the FBI records surfaced thirteen cross-references. A cross-reference is defined as "a mention of the subject of someones request in a file on another individual, organization, event, activity, or the like." In processing the cross-references, the pages considered for possible release included only those pages which mention Arnold Schoenberg and any additional pages showing the context in which he was mentioned. (Copies of the file are on deposit in ASC's satellite collections S3 - Schoenberg (E: Randol) collection - and S7 - Schoenberg Nono (Nuria) collection).
